Choice A – 4, 5, or 7 Night Cruise with Airfare (51319.AC)

This promotional certificate provides up to 2 roundtrip coach class airfares along with the choice of a 4, 5, or 7 night cruise departing from Charleston SC, Fort Lauderdale FL, Galveston TX, Jacksonville FL, Miami FL, New Orleans LA, Cocoa Beach Port Canaveral FL, or Tampa, FL. To Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean (Eastern, Southern, Western), Mexico. Cruise accommodation is provided in a lower deck, inside stateroom. Peak season sailings are not available. Peak season includes June through August sailings and all major holidays New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Participation cruise lines include Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean International. Meals and snacks are included as well as entertainment and many other onboard activities. Two travel dates are required, a preferred and alternative. Each travel date selected must be at least 45 days in advance with a minimum of 30 days between the two dates selected. Reservation Save the Date Deposit of $198 is due after a valid travel itinerary is selected by the registered promotional certificate holder. The registered certificate holder may request a return of their reservation Save the Date deposit at any time prior to the confirmation of travel by following the cancellation process defined below in the terms and conditions. Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees are the responsibility of the travelers starting at $201 per person for a 4-Night Cruise, $207 per person for a 5-Night Cruise and $238 per person for a 7-Night Cruise. Taxes and Fees will vary when flights are departing from Canada.

Choice B – 4 Day 3 Night Vacation with Airfare (31619.AL)

This promotional certificate provides up to 2 Roundtrip coach class airfares along with 3 nights’ accommodations anywhere within the Continental U.S. Along with a choice of either a $100 Visa Gift Card or 2 Adult Attraction Tickets when selecting Orlando or Las Vegas. The 2 adult tickets to available for selection in Las Vegas are Blue Man Group or Mystère™ by Cirque du Soleil ®. In Orlando SeaWorld or Disney Typhoon Lagoon. Year-round Sunday through Tuesday departures are available from major airports within the Continental U.S., Calgary International, Montréal–Mirabel International, Toronto Pearson, or Vancouver International Airports in Canada and is based on airline availability. Availability is limited during major holidays New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Two travel dates are required a preferred and alternate; each must be at least 45 days in advance with a minimum of 30 days between the two dates selected. Flight schedules are at the discretion of the travel provider who will select departure airports in cities where multiple carriers operate. The registered certificate holder may request a return of their reservation Save the Date deposit at any time prior to the confirmation of travel by following the cancellation process defined below in the terms and conditions. Choice C – Resort Condominium Stay (60917.RC)

This promotional certificate provides a Resort Condominium 7-night accommodations for up to 4 travelers in a resort condominium at a resort destination throughout the Continental U.S. Accommodations are provided at available resort properties in a resort condominium that sleep up to 4 travelers. Accommodations are not available during Spring Break at any destination and are limited during peak seasons which include 7 days before and after New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Two travel dates are required a preferred and alternative, each must be at least 45 days in advance with a minimum of 30 days between the two dates selected. Reservation Save the Date Deposit of $150 is due after a valid travel itinerary is selected by the registered promotional certificate holder. The registered certificate holder may request a return of their reservation Save the Date deposit at any time prior to the confirmation of travel by following the cancellation process defined below in the terms and conditions. Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees are paid by the travelers at the time of booking, starting at $249 for each condominium unit reserved. Additional resort fees may be due at check in which are charged and collected by the resort.

Choice D – Vacation Getaway (20317.L)

Two adults receive 3 days and 2 nights of accommodations in Anaheim CA, Asheville NC, Atlantic Breach NC, Atlantic City NJ, Austin TX, Berkshires MA, Branson MO, Charleston SC, Cocoa Beach FL, Dallas TX, Daytona FL, Destin FL, Durango CO, Ft Lauderdale FL, Galveston TX, Honolulu HI, Lake Tahoe CA, Lake Tahoe NV, Las Vegas NV, Myrtle Beach SC, New Orleans LA, Orlando FL, Palm Springs CA, Park City UT, Poconos PA, Portland ME, Reno NV, San Antonio TX, San Diego CA, Scottsdale AZ, Sedona AZ, Tucson AZ, Virginia Beach VA, Williamsburg VA, Wisconsin Dells WI. Two (2) travel dates 45 days in advance and at least 30 days apart are required, valid Sunday through Wednesday arrival. Not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Reservation Save the Date Deposit of $100 is due after a valid travel itinerary is selected. The registered certificate holder may request a return of their reservation Save the Date deposit at any time prior to the confirmation of travel by following the cancellation process defined below in the terms and conditions. Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees are paid by the travelers at the time of booking, approximately $18 per night.

Terms and Conditions – Applies to all Choices

Charges
Travelers are responsible for government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees which are subject to change without notice, per person fees as defined on the promotional certificate (see Choice Details), along with charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: ground transportation to and from airports, hotels, and cruise port, purchased additional travel options, travel upgrades, meals other than meals and snacks on cruises and gratuities. Government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees vary by travel provider, departure cities, destination cities, length of travel, and ports of call when cruise reservations are included. Taxes and Fees will vary when flights are departing from Canada. The government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees are payable to Customer Service Network Group (CSNG) at the time of booking. Refundable deposit (see Choice Details), paid amount on file at the time of booking will be applied to the charges amount due at the time of booking. Charges in excess of any refundable paid deposit amount on file are owed by the traveler and must be paid at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Amount paid, including applied refundable deposit cannot be refunded after confirmation of travel occurs. Any Refundable Reservation Save the Date Deposit balance remaining after charges, will be refunded 10 days prior to travel. Group travel fees of $350 will apply to each promotional certificate (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certificate holder must submit travel requests separately.

Reservation Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations are subject to the forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Any changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to additional charges. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in the promotional certificate to be ineligible for future use. This promotional certificate may be cancelled without penalty or obligation prior to the expiration date or confirmation of travel (see Cancellation of Certificate).

Documentation
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide proper travel documentation, visit travel.state.gov for information relating to travel requirements. Do not depart until you have received a reservation confirmation. All travelers will be required to provide proper photo identification and valid credit card at check-in. Neither CSNG nor the distributor of this promotional certificate assumes responsibility for denial of check-in for any reason whatsoever.

Restrictions
Reservations must be booked and confirmed with CSNG. This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable or renewable. This promotional certificate is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for distributors, employees, or family members of distributors and employees. Fulfillment of this certificate is the sole and exclusive obligation of CSNG. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer. CSNG reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates, accommodations, departure ports, and destinations.

Cancellation of Certificate

Notice

Please verify the following to be qualified for this virtual tour as well as Gifts:

Details of Participation:

(All participants need to be logged in 10-15 min prior to Tour Time and in Zoom waiting room)

  1. The Couple must attend and be married or cohabitating Homeowners.
  2. One Person in the Couple must be at least 45 years of age and Both People in the couple must be under 76 years of age.
  3. At least one of the Couple must be a Homeowner.
  4. Minimum combined household income of the couple must be $65,000 or $55,000 retired and one of the Couple must have a major credit card in his/her name.
  5. Must use a computer, laptop, or full-sized Apple I-Pad or full-sized Samsung Galaxy Tab for the presentation. No Cell phones or other types of tablets are permitted.  
  6. The Zoom Conference is a minimum of 60 -75minutes from when the presentation begins and excluding the 10–15 minutes check in time to make sure that their Zoom is working correctly for each one. 
  7. The Guest check-in is 10-15 minutes prior and is not counted as part of the 75-90-minute commitment for the Zoom Conference presentation.
  8. The Guest must know that after they attend the check-in, they will be informed of the manner their gifts will be delivered, after the Zoom Conference tour is completed and will be delivered via email no later than the following day (typically emailed and texted to Guest by 12:00am EST of the day of their tour).
  9. No Children or Pets allowed on the call.  No loud music or distractions permitted. No alcohol, proper dress attire and seated in NON bedroom area of home together.
  10. Both faces of the Couple must be visible throughout the entire presentation.
  11. The Couple must interact, participate, and answer questions in order for the Zoom Conference to be provided by the presenter or they do not qualify.
  12. Must not be a current Travel Club member.

Orlando

*  Must be married or cohabitating couple or single female 28 to 75 years of age and have an income of at least $50,000.00.

*  Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen and speak and understand English and currently employed full-time or retired.

*  Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired government issued photo identification and a major credit card. Cohabitating couples must have same address on identification.

*  Thursday through Monday arrivals only. Reschedules have to be no later than 72 hours  before travel.

Williamsburg

*  Must be a married or cohabitating couple or single female age 28 to 75 and have an income of at least $55,000.00, $45,000.00 retired. Single female must make $60,000.00.

*  Must be a U.S. or a Canadian citizen and speak and understand English and currently employed full time or retired.

*  Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired government issued photo identification  and a major credit card or debit card. Cohabitating couples must have same address on identification.

*  Thursday through Monday arrivals only.  Reschedules have to be no later then 72 hours before travel.

Las Vegas

*  Must agree must attend and complete a 120 + minute Vacation Travel presentation.

*  Must be married or cohabitating couple or single female 28 to 75 years of age and have an income of at least $50,000.00. Single females must have an income of at least $60,000.00.

*  Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired government issued photo identification and a major credit card. Cohabitating couples must have the same address on identification.

*  Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen and be able to speak and understand English. Must be currently employed full time or retired.

*  Sunday through Thursday arrivals only. Reschedules have to be no later than 72 hours before travel.

Branson

*   Must agree to a vacation travel presentation at least 120 minutes.

*   Must be married or cohabitating couples or single female 30 to 79 years of age and have an income of at least $55,000.00 and $40,000.00 retired.

*    Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired Government issued photo identification and a major credit or debit card. Cohabitating couples must have same address on Identification.

*    Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen and be able to speak and understand English. Must be currently employed full time or retired.

*     Reschedules have to be no later then 72 hours before travel.
