We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your customer file, in which case we have no way of documenting your request to be on our Do Not Call List. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Terms and Conditions – Applies to all Choices

Charges
Travelers are responsible for government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees which are subject to change without notice, per person fees as defined on the promotional certificate (see Choice Details), along with charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: ground transportation to and from airports, hotels, and cruise port, purchased additional travel options, travel upgrades, meals other than meals and snacks on cruises and gratuities. Government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees vary by travel provider, departure cities, destination cities, length of travel, and ports of call when cruise reservations are included. Taxes and Fees will vary when flights are departing from Canada. The government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees are payable to Customer Service Network Group (CSNG) at the time of booking. Refundable deposit (see Choice Details), paid amount on file at the time of booking will be applied to the charges amount due at the time of booking. Charges in excess of any refundable paid deposit amount on file are owed by the traveler and must be paid at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Amount paid, including applied refundable deposit cannot be refunded after confirmation of travel occurs. Any Refundable Reservation Save the Date Deposit balance remaining after charges, will be refunded 10 days prior to travel. Group travel fees of $350 will apply to each promotional certificate (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certificate holder must submit travel requests separately.

Reservation Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations are subject to the forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Any changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to additional charges. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in the promotional certificate to be ineligible for future use. This promotional certificate may be cancelled without penalty or obligation prior to the expiration date or confirmation of travel (see Cancellation of Certificate).

Documentation
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide proper travel documentation, visit travel.state.gov for information relating to travel requirements. Do not depart until you have received a reservation confirmation. All travelers will be required to provide proper photo identification and valid credit card at check-in. Neither CSNG nor the distributor of this promotional certificate assumes responsibility for denial of check-in for any reason whatsoever.

Restrictions
Reservations must be booked and confirmed with CSNG. This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable or renewable. This promotional certificate is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for distributors, employees, or family members of distributors and employees. Fulfillment of this certificate is the sole and exclusive obligation of CSNG. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer. CSNG reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates, accommodations, departure ports, and destinations.

Responsibilities
Neither CSNG nor the distributor of this offer assumes any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property or liability whatsoever due to delays and/or cancellations regardless of cause. CSNG assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. CSNG and the distributor of this offer are independently owned and operated. The distributor of this promotional certificate is not responsible for any obligations of CSNG, for any representations of obligations of CSNG, or for content of this promotional certificate.

Cancellation of Certificate
This promotional certificate may be cancelled without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, provided that confirmed reservations have not been previously made, you must notify the seller, (CSNG) in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: 2805 East Oakland Park Blvd. #427 Fort Lauderdale, FL. 33306.

Notice
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATION OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS PROMOTIONAL CERTIFICATE. This certificate is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

Please verify the following to be qualified for this virtual tour as well as Gifts:

Details of Participation:

(All participants need to be logged in 10-15 min prior to Tour Time and in Zoom waiting room)

  1. The Couple must attend and be married or cohabitating Homeowners.
  2. One Person in the Couple must be at least 45 years of age and Both People in the couple must be under 76 years of age.
  3. At least one of the Couple must be a Homeowner.
  4. Minimum combined household income of the couple must be $65,000 or $55,000 retired and one of the Couple must have a major credit card in his/her name.
  5. Must use a computer, laptop, or full-sized Apple I-Pad or full-sized Samsung Galaxy Tab for the presentation. No Cell phones or other types of tablets are permitted.  
  6. The Zoom Conference is a minimum of 60 -75minutes from when the presentation begins and excluding the 10–15 minutes check in time to make sure that their Zoom is working correctly for each one. 
  7. The Guest check-in is 10-15 minutes prior and is not counted as part of the 60–75-minute commitment for the Zoom Conference presentation.
  8. The Guest must know that after they attend the check-in, they will be informed of the manner their gifts will be delivered, after the Zoom Conference tour is completed and will be delivered via email no later than the following day (typically emailed and texted to Guest by 12:00am EST of the day of their tour).
  9. No Children or Pets allowed on the call.  No loud music or distractions permitted. No alcohol, proper dress attire and seated in NON bedroom area of home together.
  10. Both faces of the Couple must be visible throughout the entire presentation.
  11. The Couple must interact, participate, and answer questions in order for the Zoom Conference to be provided by the presenter or they do not qualify.

*  Must be a U.S. or a Canadian citizen and speak and understand English and currently employed full time or retired.

*  Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired government issued photo identification  and a major credit card or debit card. Cohabitating couples must have same address on identification.

*  Thursday through Monday arrivals only.  Reschedules have to be no later then 72 hours before travel.

Las Vegas
Terms & Conditions

*  Must agree must attend and complete a 120 + minute Vacation Travel presentation.

*  Must be married or cohabitating couple or single female 28 to 75 years of age and have an income of at least $50,000.00. Single females must have an income of at least $60,000.00.

*  Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired government issued photo identification and a major credit card. Cohabitating couples must have the same address on identification.

*  Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen and be able to speak and understand English. Must be currently employed full time or retired.

*  Sunday through Thursday arrivals only. Reschedules have to be no later than 72 hours before travel.

Branson
Terms & Conditions

*   Must agree to a vacation travel presentation at least 120 minutes.

*   Must be married or cohabitating couples or single female 30 to 79 years of age and have an income of at least $55,000.00 and $40,000.00 retired.

*    Married and cohabitating couples must present a valid unexpired Government issued photo identification and a major credit or debit card. Cohabitating couples must have same address on Identification.

*    Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen and be able to speak and understand English. Must be currently employed full time or retired.

*     Reschedules have to be no later then 72 hours before travel.
